Star 4
CASCADIA
Our Star 4 team is led by Head Coach Alyson Quan. This is a brand new team of skaters who are all brand new to synchro skating. They are excited to join the synchro community and learn about and participate in this great sport. The team usually competes at Jingle Blades, and performs at BC/YT Sections, WinterSkate, and West Coast Challenge.
Pre-Novice

Our Pre-Novice team is led by Head Coach Alyson Quan. This team will be entering its third year of existence. The team will be competing at BC/YT Sections, Mountains Regional, and West Coast Challenge.
Intermediate

Our team of intermediate skaters is head-coached by Alyson Quan. This upcoming season, they will compete at BC/YT Sections, Mountain Regionals, West Coast Challenge, and at the Canada Cup (Nationals). This team is looking forward to building on debut season last year. They are working hard to learn and master synchro skills.
Adult 1

Our Adult 1 team is made of a diverse group of women who share a passion for skating. The skaters come from every corner of the Greater Vancouver Mainland for the camaraderie and spirit of teamwork. They range in age from 19 to 45, and come from all walks of life — many busy juggling school, work and family.
This 2024-2025 season, the Adult 1 team is coached by Marina Richards and managed by Cori Rexworthy. Cascadia Adult 1 will compete at BC/YT Sections and Mountain Regionals. They look forward to presenting their program entitled “The Sound of Music”.
Adult 2

Our Adult 2 team is coached by Julianna Fischer and managed by Christina Hofer. This team is also made of a diverse group of women who share a passion for skating and the camaraderie of team sports. This upcoming season, the team will compete at BC/YT Sections, Mountain Regionals, and West Coast Challenge.
