You are invited to attend the GVSSC Annual General Meeting on Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Christine Sinclair Community Centre (upstairs multipurpose Active Room) located at 3713 Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 0A7 (next to Scotia Barn). Please RSVP here.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. Review reports of the accounts and Board member activities for the past year.
2. Elect/re-elect the following Board positions (all hold 1 year terms): We have a critical need for committed volunteers to help run our programs, and are seeking nominations for all positions for the Board. Nominate yourself or another individual (with their consent) for a Board position: complete this online nomination form.
Nominations for a Board position will close Sunday September 8, 2024 at noon. Per our bylaws, nominations will not be taken at the AGM.

The GVSSC Club is participating in a summer activity to raise funds for travel to international competitions of the upcoming 2024-2025 season.
A Bottle Drive is held on August 17, 2024, from 10am to 1pm.
Accepted: all empty cans, bottles, milk cartons/jugs & juice boxes. Early donations are welcome!
Contact us at gvsscinfo@gmail.com to arrange pick up and drop off. You may also drop bottles off at your nearest Return-It Bottle Depot under account #672-966-9524. Print the label, place the label on the bag, scan the label with the scan gun, and drop off at the designated area.

After a very successful season and a few weeks off the ice, we are excited to announce the return of our programs! This year, spring skating marks the beginning of the 2024/2025 season. Register early here!
You may choose an individual drop-in session, or pay in advance for all the sessions (including tryouts). Should you pay in advance for all of the sessions, you will receive a 10% discount to the price.
Note on payment: Uplifter, our registration platform, accepts payment by credit card, however please note there is a small processing fee added to the transaction. The charge on your credit card will not show up as GVSSC, however you should receive an invoice from uplifter.
