Star 4
CASCADIA
Our Star 4 team is led by Head Coach Lauren Couture, Assistant Coaches Alyson, Julianna, and Karen, and managed by Bingo Shum and MiAe Kim (pronounced mie - ai). This is a brand new team of skaters who are all brand new to synchro skating. They are excited to join the synchro community and learn about and participate in this great sport. The team will be competing at Jingle Blades, and will also perform at BC/YT Sections, WinterSkate, and West Coast Challenge. They are presenting their season’s program: “I Love The Mountains”.
Pre-Novice

Our Pre-Novice team is led by Head Coach Lauren Couture, assisted by coaches Alyson Quan and Julianna Fischer, and managed by Christine Jerrett. This team looks to build on their success from last year and are excited to compete at their very 1st event outside of the Lower Mainland when attending Mountain Regionals in Alberta early 2024. The team will also be competing at BC/YT Sections and West Coast Challenge. They are presenting a program on a selection of music from Lyle Lyle Crocodile.
Intermediate
CASCADIA
Our team of 19 skaters is head-coached by Lauren Couture, assisted by coaches Alyson Quan and Julianna Fischer. The team is managed by Cheri Keenan and Kaoruko Koseki. This season, they will compete at BC/YT Sections, Mountain Regionals, West Coast Challenge, and at the Canada Cup (Nationals). This brand new team, skating only once-week has 10 skaters who are brand new to synchro. They are working hard to learn and master synchro skills and are thrilled to perform and compete this year for their debut season! Their program’s theme is “Trailblazers”, skating on a selections of music from artist Mr. Sister.
Adult 1

Our Adult 1 team is made of a diverse group of women who share a passion for skating. The skaters come from every corner of the Greater Vancouver Mainland for the camaraderie and spirit of teamwork. They range in age from 19 to 45, and come from all walks of life — many busy juggling school, work and family.
This 2023-2024 season, the Adult 1 team is coached by Marina Richards and Alyson Quan, and managed by Cori Rexworthy. Cascadia Adult 1 will compete at BC/YT Sections (Dec.16, 2023) and Mountain Regionals (Jan. 26-28, 2024). They are pleased to present their program titled “The Winner Takes It All”.
Adult 2

Our Adult 2 team is made of 18 skaters, coached by Alyson Quan and managed by June Gleed. This season, the team will compete at BC/YT Sections and Mountain Regionals. This season, they will be skating to Michael Bublé’s song, "It Had Better Be Tonight". Come watch a nice Latin Swing!
Adult 3
CASCADIA
Our Adult 3 team is coached by Janet Faveri, and managed by Janet Faveri and Nancy Edwards. Cascadia Adult 3 is a new addition to this ever growing synchro club. Their ages range from 25-60 years young. These ladies love learning new synchro skills and love skating together. This season, the team will compete at BC/YT Sections, Mountain Regionals, and West Coast Challenge. They will be skating to The Way You Make Me Feel, Michael Jackson.
